As part of a comprehensive evaluation of the Step Up to Stop Falls Collaborative, we commissioned a cross-collaborative evaluation that aimed to assess the reach and spread of falls prevention practices, determine the overall impact of Collaborative activities on falls-related outcomes and examine the ability of the work to continue beyond the formal structure of the collaborative.
This addendum provides an additional evaluation of the impact of Step Up to Stop Falls by examining changes over time in county-level rates of falls.
