This evaluation by The Center for Industrial Effectiveness at the State University of New York at Buffalo assesses the impact of the Olmsted Center for Sight’s efforts to expand low vision rehabilitation services for older adults across western New York.

UB TCIE assessed the impact by determining if there was an increase in referral rates from ophthalmologists and the impact on patients’ quality of life, functional status and ability to live independently.
