As we wrapped up the first five years of our Health Leadership Fellows leadership development program, we asked Triangle Associates, the Fanning Institute at the University of Georgia and the Center for Ethics and Corporate Responsibility at Georgia State University to combine resources to conduct a summary evaluation of the first three Cohorts. The evaluations builds on data gathered from residential session evaluations, intersession activity assessments, team adviser assessments and individual interview with Fellows and supervisors of Fellows to focus on comparative themes across all three Cohorts.
