GetSET (Success in Extraordinary Times) is a multi-foundation initiative that takes a team-based approach to capacity building designed to help mid-sized health, behavioral health, and human services organizations strengthen their infrastructure at the operations level.
As the first Cohort of organizations entered its second year of the program, Touchstone Consulting assessed both the processes and activities that make up the GetSET program, as well as what impact the program has had on the eight participating organizations.
The evaluation describes what consultants learned during the first year of GetSET, and offers recommendations on what improvements the Foundation can make to the GetSET program for future cohorts.
