Keith R. Cuttler

Keith R. Cuttler became a member of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees in 2018.

Cuttler has worked in the field of healthcare management for nearly thirty years and is currently serving as President & CEO of East Hill Family Medical, Inc., a federally qualified health center headquartered in Auburn, New York. In this position, Cuttler is focusing on ensuring access to high quality health care for all, and is active throughout the County in streamlining and coordinating services amongst hundreds of community based organizations.

Prior to starting at East Hill in September of 2016, Cuttler held senior level positions in hospitals – both acute and psychiatric – home health care, physician practice management, and health insurance. He is a licensed Health, Life, and Accident insurance provider in New York State.

Cuttler sits on numerous Boards including the Central New York Care Collaborative, Auburn Business Improvement District, and the Upstate Community Health Collaborative IPA. In the mid-1990’s, he became a founding member of the Health Care Quality Initiative, Inc. an innovative consortium of health providers and payers focusing on creating efficiencies in the provision of and payment for health care services, and ensuring community health by addressing key drivers of emergency room visits.

Cuttler holds an undergraduate degree in psychology from Syracuse University and a Master of Business Administration Degree from The Sage Colleges.

He and his wife are residents of the Town of Onondaga and have three boys.
