The Health Foundation for Western and Central New York named four new members to its Board of Trustees at its annual meeting on March 14, 2018.
New western New York trustees include Richard G. Battaglia, M.D., chief medical officer of the American Board of Internal Medicine; and Andrew W. Dorn, Jr. co-managing member of Energy Solutions Consortium.
Joining the Board of Trustees from central New York is Colleen O’Leary, M.D., Department of Anesthesiology, SUNY Upstate Medical University, and Keith Cuttler, president and CEO of East Hill Family Medical.
Also at the annual meeting, Leola Rodgers, former president and chief executive officer of Syracuse Community Health Center, was elected chair of the board.
Cheryl Smith Fisher, partner, Magavern Magavern Grimm LLP, was selected as vice chair. Ann Sedore, Ph.D., RN, retired chief nursing and clinical services officer for Crouse Hospital, was named secretary and Vincent Mancuso, retired senior executive vice president, group audit and North America, at HSBC Bank, will remain as treasurer.
Mancuso was among four re-elected to serve three-year terms. Others re-elected include Lisa D. Alford, commissioner of the Onondaga County Department of Aging and Youth; Joseph Cozzo, immediate past chair, Health Foundation Board of Trustees, president and chief executive officer of Buffalo Hearing and Speech Center and a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor; and Carrie Frank, retired vice president of quality and health informatics for Excellus BlueCross BlueShield.
