Health Foundation adds new staff members Brown and Carswell-Sheline

The Health Foundation for Western and Central New York has welcomed Coralie Brown as office manager, Health Foundation President Ann F. Monroe announced Tuesday, February 18, 2014.

A Buffalo native, Brown recently returned to western New York following a six year career in Los Angeles, California in the entertainment public relations industry. Prior to coming to the Foundation, Brown most recently worked in project management for New Era Cap Company’s global design team.

Brown holds a bachelor of arts in public communication from the State University of New York College at Buffalo. She is a resident of Williamsville, NY.

Monroe also announced that Meredith Carswell-Sheline joined the Health Foundation as communications assistant.

Before locating to Snyder, Carswell-Sheline served as director of marketing for a regional construction firm headquartered out of Birmingham, Alabama. Additionally she was the executive director for a community development corporation also based in Birmingham.

Carswell-Sheline is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she earned a bachelor of arts in journalism with a concentration in public relations.
In addition it was announced that Carol Quarantillo was promoted to the position of director of finance and administration. Quarantillo, a resident of Grand Island, NY, joined the Health Foundation in 2013 as its manager of finance and administration.
