Funding Opportunity: Fellows Action Network Micro-Grants

The Health Foundation for Western & Central New York, in support of the Fellows Action Network, has established a micro-grant fund to support the collaborative work of graduates of the Health Leadership Fellows program. Graduated Fellows may apply for up to $5,000 for efforts that provide the FAN with opportunities to network and steward further collaboration and mutual learning among Fellows and their extended networks.

Appropriate activities include trainings that can benefit a significant segment of the FAN; facilitated discussions to spark advocacy and action on important issues;  educational programming with guest speakers; and similar efforts that would be open to the FAN at large.

To be considered, at least two Fellows from different organizations must be significantly involved in leading the proposed effort. We are particularly interested in projects that encourage diversity, equity, and inclusion, and center health equity.

Funds are limited. Applications will be considered on a rolling basis in 2023.
