Central New York Neighborhood Action Initiative Evaluation Report

Through the Neighborhood Action Initiative, we partnered with The Gifford Foundation in Syracuse, NY to provide a number of neighborhood-based organizations with funding to develop strategies to help older adults continue to live in their homes.

Our foundations engaged Apter & O’Connor Associates to document what successes and challenges there were in implementing each of the Neighborhood Action Initiative projects. The evaluation includes descriptions of our community partners, an explanation of the evaluation approach, cross-project findings and recommendations.
