The Health Foundation provided funding to the SCAN Foundation to develop a series of online training modules for community-based organizations to build their business acumen. This toolkit for CBOs allows them to value and price their services for partnerships with health care payers.
These efforts are part of our ongoing commitment to supporting the integration of CBOs and health systems with the goal of addressing the social determinants of health, increasing efficiency and effectiveness of care delivery and lowering health care costs.
